Basketball Community Service May 1st
What: Work day in the Springs
Who: Legacy Sports Basketball Coaches and Athletes and we hope a few dads. :)
Location One: 2045 Sather Dr Colorado Springs, CO 80915
(Mowing & Car Maintenance (oil change, etc)
Time: 8 am -9 or 10:00
Optional-Location Two: 383636 County Rd 5, Elizabeth, CO 80107

What to wear: Work clothes and shoes, (jeans to protect legs, sturdy shoes and WORK GLOVES to protect hands!)
Dress in layers, prepare for heat or cold (hats & sunscreen or jackets)
Volleyball Community Service May 1st
What: Work Day in Elizabeth:
Painting (chicken coop, perhaps a bathroom) finishing a walkway (putting pavers down, perhaps mixing concrete?), fences - putting in t-posts and painting existing fence, stacking fire wood, raking up fallen tree twigs, etc., moving rail road ties, digging holes for some new little trees, fun farm stuff! :)
Legacy Sports Volleyball Coaches & Athletes;
Families of Athletes and coaches are welcome to join in! Dad's we would be especially grateful your help and supervision! (ages 10 and above)
Meet at SMAC at 8:00 am.
work from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
(or as long as you can and go as fits your schedule)
Practice at SMAC afterwards 4:00-7:00

From the New Life, go north on Interquest / Hwy 83 to Franktown, about 30 miles
Turn east (right) onto Hwy 86 to Flintwood Drive, about 4.3 miles
Turn north (left) on Flintwood Drive (you can only turn left) to Hilltop, about 5.7 miles
Turn right (east) on Hilltop (you can only turn right) to County Rd 5, about 2.7 miles
On Hilltop, you'll go only .3 of a mile - over the hill, on your left, come in through the open green gate.
Takes about 50 min from New Life.
What to wear:
Hats, sunscreen, jeans to protect legs, sturdy shoes and WORK GLOVES to protect hands!
Dress in layers, Prepare to SWEAT! There is NO SHADE!
Bring old sheets or towels for the ride home. Don't wear good clothes or shoes.
